On Site Consultation
Chem Coast Inc. is active in the writing of procedures, training and participation in on-site consultations with client employees and terminal personnel, both domestic and international, to establish and implement safe and efficient transfer procedures.
Sampling and Shipping
We provide a service that allows a client representative to call and authorize a sample be taken, labeled, packaged and shipped in accordance with current federal or international regulations for delivery to it’s destination on a next-day basis.
Special Equipment Needs
Chem Coast Inc. has purchased and maintains special field and analytical equipment solely for the use of a single client.
Customized Invoicing & Accounting
Chem Coast, Inc. has a tailored invoicing system to fit the particular needs of a specific client, including the issuance of a specially coded price schedule for ease of use.
Loss Control Activities
Qualified personnel and management from our company are available for in-depth loss control activities.
Laboratory Round-Robins
Participation in various quality checks and round-robin studies with clients and other laboratories.
Specialized Packaging
Design, procurement, shipment and delivery of specialized packaging to our customers' terminal locations to be used to sample the customers product and subsequently ship the material to another location.
Drum Manufacturers & Terminal Audits
We have successfully completed auditing of drum manufacturers, terminals, ware houses and loading operations.
Inventory Checks and Audits
Chem Coast currently participates in various inventory measurement programs for our customers. Some of the inventory services that we offer are month-end measurements of shore tanks, end-of-year measurements and counts, and physical inventories of piece goods.
Bar Code Sample Tracking
We utilize a bar code tracking system to identify our retained samples. This system tracks all samples from entry into the system until disposal, reducing our clients’ liability exposure.
Waste Recycling
Chem Coast Inc. participates with clients in their efforts to reduce waste by returning outdated materials to various sites for recycling. Samples that cannot be returned to the manufacturer are disposed of by
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission (TNRCC) approved disposal vendors.
