The Chem Coast Customer Service group prepares a variety of reports for each job that we perform. These reports are reflective of the needs of our specific customer as well as the reports that are standard to the Marine Logistics businesses.
This is an example of a "Report of Survey". This document provides summary details of a bulk shipment. Information such as date, terminal, quantity, vessel, and tank/line information is provided on this report.
The next 2 documents are examples of "Shore Tank Inspection" and "Vessel Tank Inspection" reports. Both the shore tank and the vessel tank are confirmed to be clean prior to transferring cargo into them. These are items that are checked by our field inspectors prior to loading material into a shore or vessel tank.
The following 3 documents are examples of the Time Sheets that are issued for each job. The Time Sheet details what was done when in the process of loading or discharging a vessel. These can be very useful in determining the cause and impact of delays, problems or demurrage.
The following are examples of Analysis Reports that are issued for bulk liquid movement. Pre-samples are taken of the product stored in the storage tank. The next sample is taken and tested after about 1 foot of cargo is transferred from the storage tank to the vessel's tank. The last sample is taken from the vessel's tank after all cargo has been transferred into it.
Tags are applied to every sample that is obtained by Chem Coast personnel or is sent to our facility by the customer. These tags are applied when the sample is taken and remain on the sample until the material is properly disposed.
