Like most companies, the Customer Service area provides a very important function to the operation of the business. Here, all documentation from the Field and Laboratory groups is routed for preparation of final reports, billing and document distribution.
The Customer Services and Dispatch Sections of Chem Coast, Inc.
are managed by
Mary Ford
and
Sara Price. Mary,
Sara, and their staff are in a position to support each customers unique documentation and reporting requirements. Each customer is assigned to a experienced customer service representative who will be trained so that they are familiar with the requirements and needs of that specific customer and their products. This individual, along with management, will be the customers key contact. Chem Coast also will cross-train another individual to act as backup who will also be familiar with the account in the event the primary customer service contact is out of the office.
Our Customer Service Group, as well as the entire organization, is ISO9001:2015 Certified. Therefore, all systems, procedures, and instructions are documented and followed for each job. All employees are trained in performing their functions following the instructions contained in our ISO System.
All documentation is entered into and stored on a computer system that is backed up daily. Due to ISO9001:2015 and other regulatory requirements, records are available for 5 years from the date the work was performed.
